Overview
Most Six Sigma learners understand DMAIC in theory long before they get to apply it on a real, end-to-end project, real workplace projects can take months to surface the right problem, get sponsorship, and run through all five phases.
This workshop compresses that experience: working in small teams on a simulated process (a manufacturing line, a service queue or a transactional workflow), you run Define through Control in a matter of days, using the same statistical tools, charts and templates you'd use on a real project.
It's commonly used as a bridge between classroom belt training and a learner's first real DMAIC project, or as a refresher before a Black Belt capstone.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be certified before taking this workshop?
Green Belt-level knowledge (or equivalent DMAIC familiarity) is assumed, since the workshop applies tools rather than teaching them from scratch. Most participants have completed Green or Black Belt training already.
Can this count toward my Black Belt project requirement?
Some certification bodies accept a documented simulation in place of a workplace project in specific circumstances, ask us to confirm CSSC's current position for your situation before enrolling.
