When you submit an enquiry form on Sigma Consulting Services's website, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, and any message or course/service context. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, by email, phone, or WhatsApp, about our courses and consulting services. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Third-party services
Enquiry emails are delivered via Resend. WhatsApp enquiries are handled through WhatsApp/Meta's platform under their own privacy terms. Our office location map uses an embedded Google Maps view.
Your rights
You can request that we delete your enquiry data at any time by emailing connect.sigmacs@gmail.com.
