We're growing our mentor network. If you're a Master Black Belt-level practitioner who wants to teach, here's what we look for and how the process works.
What we look for
- Master Black Belt certification (or equivalent depth in Lean/Six Sigma project leadership)
- 10+ years of hands-on operational excellence, quality, or process-improvement experience
- A track record of projects with verifiable, measurable outcomes
- Comfort teaching live online, self-paced, classroom and on-site cohorts
- Alignment with CSSC's Body of Knowledge and SigmaCS's teaching standards
How it works
1. Apply
Send your resume, certifications, and 2-3 sample project outcomes.
2. Portfolio review
Our team reviews your project history against CSSC's Body of Knowledge.
3. Teaching demo
A short live or recorded teaching sample on a DMAIC or Lean topic of your choice.
4. Onboarding
Approved mentors are onboarded with SigmaCS's curriculum, materials, and cohort calendar.
