How we approach every engagement
Every SigmaCS course and consulting engagement is built on DMAIC, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control, the same structured problem-solving framework regardless of belt level or industry. We deliberately don't deviate from it: Define scopes the problem and the metric that defines success, Measure baselines current performance with real data, Analyze finds root cause using statistical and process tools, Improve pilots and validates a fix, and Control builds the plan that keeps the gain from reverting once the project ends.
For Lean Six Sigma tracks and Lean transformation engagements, we layer waste-elimination and flow tools, value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, on top of the same DMAIC structure rather than treating them as a separate methodology. The result is one consistent language across every belt course and consulting service we offer, so a Green Belt certified with us can walk directly into a DMAIC Project Support engagement without relearning the framework.
