Course enrolment
Enrolment in any Sigma Consulting Services course is confirmed upon receipt of payment and is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of booking (schedule, delivery mode, and cancellation/refund policy). Rescheduling to a later batch is handled case-by-case, contact us before your batch starts to discuss options.
Certification
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements as described on each course page. Certification names reference CSSC accreditation where applicable, see our accreditation details.
Consulting engagements
Consulting engagement scope, timeline and fees are agreed in a separate statement of work before work begins; the descriptions on our services pages are indicative, not binding quotes.
