This workshop runs the same compressed, hands-on DMAIC simulation as our Six Sigma Project Simulation Workshop, with Lean's waste-elimination toolkit, value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, pull systems, woven into each phase rather than taught separately.
It suits learners on the Lean Six Sigma track who want practice applying both defect-reduction and flow/speed tools on the same simulated process before doing it for real.

- Value stream map the simulated process
- Identify value-add vs. non-value-add steps and baseline cycle time
2Analyze
- Root-cause analysis on both defects and flow-blocking waste
- Apply Lean's seven wastes framework to the simulation
3Improve & Control
- Design a future-state value stream
- Simulate a 5S/Kaizen event and build a visual control system
